RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice. We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account. All products must be returned in their original condition and a copy of the invoice and reason for return included. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed. You will receive an email including a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to ship the item. Upon return and receipt of the product, Shocked Vinegar will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling.

NOTE: When shipping product back to Shocked Vinegar, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping.

Return Authorization

All returns require a return authorization from us. Before you return an item to us please send us an email stating your reason for a return. We will email you a return shipping label for you to affix to the original box that your order came in. You will then take the box to your nearest delivery stores and they will send it to us. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
